2. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing: We strive to dispatch all orders promptly; however, delivery timelines (typically 3-4 business days) may vary based on location.
  • Fees: Delivery is free for orders above PKR 5,000. A flat fee of PKR 250 applies to orders below this value.
  • Taxes: Any additional local taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Returns and Exchanges

  • Window: We accept exchange requests for faulty or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all Tesa Threads tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Exchangeable: Undergarments (excluding tops/bodysuits) and items with missing labels cannot be exchanged.
