Eligibility for Exchange You may exchange any item purchased from TesaThreads.com within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is found to be faulty, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
- The product received does not match your original order specifications.

Conditions & Exceptions We strive to be as flexible as possible, but we cannot support exchanges in the following scenarios:

- Items showing signs of wear, usage, or tampering.
- Missing original components, including price tags, labels, original packaging, or accessories.
- Undergarments: For hygiene reasons, exchanges are only permitted for tops and bodysuits in their original, unopened packaging.
- Bundles/Packs: Items sold as a set are considered a single unit and must be returned in full; partial returns are not accepted.
