Delivery FAQs
Where can I receive my order? We deliver to your preferred private address (home or office). Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or physical retail points at this time.
When will my Tesa Threads arrive? Your new wardrobe essentials will be delivered within 3–4 business days across Pakistan.
What are the delivery charges?

Free Delivery: On all orders above PKR 5,000.

Standard Shipping: A flat fee of PKR 250 applies to orders under PKR 5,000.
Which courier service do you use? We partner with premium courier services based on your location. You will receive an email with specific courier details and a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
What if I am unavailable at the time of delivery? Our courier partner will send an SMS with the total payable amount. If you aren't home, a family member or designated person can receive the parcel on your behalf.
